- Cookies or cake? – I’d have to go with cake, especially any homemade cake Yummy!
- Chocolate or vanilla? – This is a hard one because I like both so much. Chocovanilla combo.

- When do you crave sweet things the most? – As a Type 1 diabetic I try not to over indulge in too many sweet things. The only time I do is when my blood glucose level drops.

My Endo said to set goal @ 8pm for snack. If you eat your meal at 7pm you might not need a snack. As for the cupcakes, you can make them with half the amount of sugar. Use whipped cream as icing.

Hehehee! I have some HIT training and abs lined up for tomorrow. It always kicks my butt, but it’s so worth it. Also I’m trying my best not eat after 7pm. I started yesterday so I’ll definitely give you some feedback.

Hhahaha!The only one on my list that isn’t a D blogger is Cassey Ho. She’s a youtuber/blogger and does loads of fitness(Pilates) blogs. I follow her video’s a lot. The rest on my list are D blogger. Have a look, they are all fantastic blogs.
